You need to develop a Podcast Cover first and a name for your podcast. Then you need to create an email where people can comment. I am starting my own podcast and that is what I was told to do by a prominent podcaster. And buy a Mic that can be attached with a USB cord to your computer. Install Spotify and Apple which are good ones to upload your podcast recording. You don’t need to spend lots of money unless you go professional. Hopefully, my info was helpful. Don’t know where you live but I am going to join an organization or club for podcasting. I noticed there is one listed in Meetup.com.
