There are supposedly at least 60,000 AI tools! How do you choose which ones to use?
If I could only have a few, these are the main ones that I would (and do) choose (click on the logos to go to the sites):
ChatGPT
ChatGPT does SO many remarkable things really well. Claude is also great, and writes a bit more aesthetically, and Gemini is great for keyword research and more.
Tools like Monica and Poe enable you to compare their outputs side-by-side, so you can choose the best one for your specific need.
Great for giving exactly what you ask for in an image, and awesome for text. Usually gives me exactly what I want first time, occasionally 2nd time.
2nd choice is ChatGPT's 4o Image Generator because, while great, it usually takes longer to get what I want.
Great for quickly turning images into videos - your images or ones you create in Runway. It creates consistent scenes from reference images, and has camera controls.
There are now so many good video generators out there now, but I can usually get what I want from Runway.

Brilliant for deep-dive research, including YouTube videos, chatting with the research, mindmaps, AI audio overviews and more.
Awesome AI voices, including cloning your own voice, and also SFX creation.
Excellent music generator. Many say that Udio has slightly better quality, but that Suno has more "feeling".
Very comprehensive design tool that includes many AI features, like extracting and editing text and other elements from images, painting in new elements etc.
Powerful, but easy to use video editor that includes many AI features. Can transcribe, remove ums and ers, auto caption, and much more.
